turned to Mundey for help when I was struggling to make a big decision about my future: whether or not to take up university studies again. At the time I could not see the wood for the trees. I was not able to weigh up the factors that were important versus the ones that were not in order to move forward. I freely admit that making decisions is not one of my strengths! What Mundey accomplished was truly magical. I am not sure how she did it, but she got me over that hump. She provided the clarity I needed without judgment, and just by getting me to calmly prioritize factors that were, and were not important…to me! In the end it was simple. Clarity! I am back at university with no regrets.

Mundey Young is an excellent life coach. She works from a very intuitive space and with her years of experience knows how to pull in the right resource for the situation . In her sessions, Mundey leaves no stone in my life unturned.. she has an incredible knack of giving me the space and tools to improve EVERY aspect of my life… constantly striving towards a happier and more fulfilled me.

Over the last year, Mundey’s coaching has had a profound effect on my life. She works incredibly instinctively and intuitively, and so seamlessly pin pointed areas in my life where I was stuck, both professionally and personally. Her approach is very relaxed and naturally flowing while being practical and also psychologically and energetically powerful. Mundey challenged me to honestly examine my self and offered effective tools and tasks to enable me to navigate through the work and achieve what I wished for. As a result, I was able to grow and complete a whole range of goals that I didn’t think I’d be able to accomplish. It’s satisfying to look back now and see how we worked through it together. I feel truly blessed to have met Mundey! Much Gratitude.

Mundey has been a fantastic life and family coach for us. We have been working in the health and self development industry for the past few years but we were not able to find solutions by ourselves and Mundey has just been amazing at listening to our different point of views, suggesting ways of improvement and decision making that saved our family to literally break apart. With her help we have been able to find the place where we want to live as a couple and family, we have made decisions to manage work and personal time, think differently about our businesses and work on issues we were struggling to address. She is a woman with experience in entrepreneurship, being employed with big companies, she has experience as a woman, as a mother and she understands perfectly the situation you are in and what solutions can be suggested.

I have known Mundey for a few short weeks and what I have learned has been truly fascinating and very beneficial to me. She has a great insight with living in France, setting up a business, integrating locally and even getting married in France.
